Caverns Armory does not accept returns on firearms and ammunition. All sales are final. If there is a need for a repair to your firearms we do offer warranty services. Please consult with the warranty section of our your owners manual for further details.
If you are unable to take possession of your item for legal reasons, have the FFL return it to us in an unfired state and we will refund your order minus a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred and may incur a fee from the transfer dealer as well.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inspect the item for use and any damages. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund at that point.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit minus restocking fees and shipping charges will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds can take several days to show up in your account once you receive the email receipt from us. Many times this is affected by your banks funds availability policy.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Special Order Items
If your order involves a special order or item built to your specifications, once your order has been processed the deposit is not returnable or refundable. If your order has yet to begin processing, it will be subject to a 20% cancelation fee.

What Isn’t Covered?
We do not warranty cosmetic issues, items sold as blemished or barrel life. We also do not warranty any issues arising with owners other than the original owner on the ATF form 4473.
We do not warranty issues that result from the addition of aftermarket parts. We go through great lengths to ensure the parts we build our firearms with all function together properly. As many issues may be caused by inferior parts it is beyond the scope of our warranty to repair items not manufactured or incorporated into our products by Caverns Armory.
To return your product for warranty service, you will need to contact us for a return authorization. We will email you a copy of our FFL. You will be required to print this and may be required to present it to your shipping carrier. You will also be required to ship a color copy of your drivers license with a current address with the firearm.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Packages need to be sent with a tracking number and signature required. It is also advised that you insure the package.
Since you are returning a firearms, you are required to utilize a trackable shipping service with signature required delivery. Since our firearms are expensive, you should also consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and any issue arising from the shipment will be solely between you and the carrier you chose to utilize.
